About Me
Meet Diane Hall Diane specializes in Horse Property, Ranches, Land, and Homes on Land in the Sierra Foothills. She has been involved in Real Estate Sales and Development since 1976. Diane owns and operates her RE/MAX Gold Office in Diamond Springs and another office in Ione, California. She concentrates primarily on ranchlands in the Sierra Foothills of El Dorado and Amador Counties, however, the need to help clients in the residential areas as well has inspired Diane to add two new buyers agents to her team who specialize in El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Placerville, Ione and Plymouth. Along with her Top Team of Agents, including her son and daughter and two assistants, Diane has an outstanding group that works together to offer clients maximum energy and effort. Her team takes pride in every transaction. Diane is a Lifetime TOP ACHIEVER and member of RE/MAX Platinum Club and RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Meet the Team. . .
Heather Broussard Heather is also a licensed real estate agent soon to complete her brokers degree. Heather is a hard worker and I am proud of her accomplishments. She is a major asset to my team and helps as a legal consultant and bookkeeper. She has lived in the foothills all her life. Heather plans on specializing in mergers and acquisitions and 1031 exchanges. Heather has recently joined a Law firm in Jackson as a defense attorney. If you are looking for an estate property, an investment property or simply some real estate advise this is the girl for you.
Jason Broussard With the knowledge he had of the area he grew up in, along with the construction skills he learned from working with his father’s company during summers, real estate was a natural career choice. Jason joined the team in 2000 and has since become a consistent top achiever and a RE/MAX Gold 100% Club member. Jason recently completed his schooling with the Dale Carnegie Business School and is constantly updating his real estate skills with various courses concerning real estate. Jason works primarily with buyers although listing homes is very satisfying to him also. He finds it challenging to find the RIGHT HOME for the RIGHT BUYER.” It's like a puzzle,” he says. “Finding the right piece makes it work.” Because most of his clients come from different areas, they can appreciate his knowledge of the foothills--from the schools to the many activities the county has to offer. When not selling real estate you will find Jason on the basketball court or on a dirt bike track or, better yet, playing with his sons Jason and Tyler and wife Pilar. If you want a dynamic knowledgeable real estate agent to represent you in your quest for a dream home Jason is your man.
Patti Babish Patti recently moved to the beautiful Foothills from Southern California, with her husband of 13 years and her 12-year-old son. As a lifelong horse woman she traveled to the Foothills for numerous horse shows. She had always dreamed of a living in the area and last year found her “perfect” ranch in Garden Valley. Patti has an extensive background in customer relations and business management. While the real estate aspect is new, she relates well to the stress of purchasing and selling a home and the big step of moving a ranch also. She’s been there herself. “I take my recent experience of moving our ranch and my background in customer relations and use it to help our customers.” Whether you’re listing your home or looking for the perfect ranch or country home Patti understands and wants to make it a smooth and confident transaction. When she’s not at the office she’s working hard at restoring her 20-acre ranch and raising her Paint and Quarter Horses. It’s a love that she shares with both her son and her husband. Patti is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association, American Paint Horse Association, National Snaffle Bit Association, and the Pacific Coast Quarter Horse Association. Patti is a tremendous addition to our team, she currently acts as Escrow and Listing coordinator and office manager. If you call our office, you will more than likely get her cheerful hello.
Carol Winter Carol’s Profile Carol has lived in the Placerville area for the past 20 years. She raised her two daughters in the Placerville area. Her daughters and husband agree that Placerville is a great place to live and raise a family. Her daughters went thru the public school system from K thru 12. They were both involved in many extracurricular activities so Carol knows what is available for kids and parents in the area. She has a BA degree from California State University Fresno in business. She has an extensive background in sales and customer service. In her spare time she enjoys many of the outdoor activities that El Dorado County has to offer like- skiing in the fabulous Sierras, bike riding, and keeping in shape at our local ‘Fit for Life’ workout center. She also likes browsing thru the eclectic array of shops on Main Street and going to the various coffee shops and restaurants. Carol is very enthusiastic about working in the Real Estate industry now that her girls are off to college. To live and work in an area you know and love is the best.
